Shipping:

What company do you use for shipping and do you provide tracking information?

We ship USPS first class for all U.S. orders. We will provide a tracking number for all print and original painting orders in the US. For out of the country orders, you will be sent a customs form number. Temporary Tattoos will be shipped snail mail and will not include a tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. However we have to ask the buyer to pay for shipping charges. Feel free to add the items to your cart and click the country of shipment to get an accurate price quote. Pricing is different for each country.

Can I change the address it is being shipped to?

Of course. Please send an email as soon as possible so we can make sure it gets to the right address.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We suggest it takes between 3-5 weeks from when the order is received to delivery at your home.

Do you accept returns if a product was damaged in shipping?

Please send us an email with pictures of the damaged product. We will replace the order free of charge.

Do you pay for insurance on products you ship?

We only put insurance on original paintings that are shipped within the U.S. Shipping outside of the country does not come with insurance. If you would like to have it added to your order, please email us and we can send you an invoice.

Alister does take commissions from time to time. Please send an email with a detailed description of what you would like done. The base price for commissions starts at $500 and goes up depending on size and subject matter. Alister will choose what projects he wants to do out of emails submitted.
